Welcome to Coaching Desk. By downloading, installing, or operating the Coaching Desk Windows desktop software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the application.

1. License Grant

Devapps Technology grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and execute the Coaching Desk software on your compatible Windows personal computers or workstations for managing your educational academy, coaching center, or tuition batch operations.

2. Data Ownership & Local Storage

You own your data completely. All institutional data, including student profiles, guardian information, attendance marks, fee invoices, financial ledger records, and exam rankings created within Coaching Desk remain your exclusive intellectual and proprietary property.

Because Coaching Desk operates with an offline-first SQLite database architecture, you are responsible for maintaining regular data backups to safeguard against hardware failure, operating system corruption, or device loss.

3. Google Drive Cloud Backup Service

If you choose to enable the optional Google Drive Cloud Backup feature within Coaching Desk:

  • You represent that you possess the lawful right to link your Google Account and store encrypted database archives within your personal Google Drive storage.
  • You understand that Google Drive services are governed by Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
  • Coaching Desk is not responsible for any service downtime, storage capacity limitations, or policy enforcement actions enacted by Google LLC against your personal Google Account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Coaching Desk, you agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any binary code or proprietary components of the software.
  • Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable student privacy and educational regulations in Bangladesh or your local jurisdiction.
  • Distribute altered, cracked, or infected installer packages to third parties under the Coaching Desk trademark.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Coaching Desk is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. While we strive for absolute stability, high data integrity, and rigorous testing, we do not warrant that operation will be uninterrupted or completely error-free under extreme hardware anomalies.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers, contributors, or distributors of Coaching Desk be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, hardware failure, or business disruption resulting from software operation.
